Eric Johnson, Eastern Regional Manager - Julesburg, CO, Yuma, CO, Imperial, NE, Holyoke, CO, Venango, NE
As Eastern Regional Manager, Eric leads our operations team in the areas of application and delivery at our locations in northeastern Colorado and southwest Nebraska. His hands on experience, attention to detail, and leadership skills bring a high level of service excellence to our grower’s farms. Eric trains our staff in the field as well as the classroom in the areas of professional application and customer experience. Eric is known for his dedication to the surrounding community. Eric is the sole recipient of Centennial Ag Supply Co.'s "Hero Award," in honor of his high level of integrity and commitment to our company. Eric was recognized with this award appreciating all he does for his team and the growers in the community.
Alan Curtis, Wyoming Regional Manager - Pine Bluffs, WY
Alan has been in the Retail Fertilizer and Chemical business since 1974. He is a Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) in Nebraska and at the Federal level. As well, Alan retains a Commercial Applicator license for Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming and earned his Associate of Science certificate through Western Nebraska Community College in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Throughout his professional career, he has been involved in nearly every phase of agriculture related to fertilizer and chemicals. Alan takes pride in maintaining an efficient and professional office and outlet. His primary focus is quality service and profitable harvests by always putting the growers’ needs first.
Brad Walker, Company Agronomist - Corporate Office
Brad earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Soil Science in 1982 from University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. With nearly thirty years of experience in crop consulting, Brad currently works as the “Company Agronomist” for Centennial Ag Supply Co. Brad also consults with and trains the sales staff in all of our locations. He actively conducts research primarily involving fertilizer and pesticide applications at the Centennial Ag Supply Research farm and other locations. Brad uses his research and knowledge to work with growers by checking fields and advising them on fertility management, irrigation management, and pest management. His many professional certifications include: Certified Crop Advisor, Certified CDPH&E Scentometer Reader, EPA Certified Worker Protection Trainer, CDA Certified Commercial Pesticide Applicator - Qualified Supervisor, USDA-Approved Independent User of Sealed Nuclear Sources - Neutron probe, NAICC Certified Crop Consultant & Researcher, Certified Technical Service Provider (TSP) for the USDA-NRCS, and Approved Investigator by the Colorado Oil & Gas Conservation Commission. Brad is also a speaker at professional and educational meetings, such as CSU, USDA, EPA, NAICC, IACC ,CALCP and CAS.
Steve Krosky, Field Representative - Kersey, CO
Steve has a passion for crop production. As a native Coloradoan, he knows this region’s climate and challenges. Steve is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy. With over 32 years of experience in the field of crop production, as a production agronomist, as a crop consultant, and in agronomy sales, he works with growers to help them increase their yields. In his seven years with Centennial Ag Supply Co, Steve enjoys working with growers, and creating strong customer relationships.
Spencer Vasa, Field Representative - Holyoke, CO
Spencer grew up on a farm south of Holyoke, Colorado and has been involved in agriculture all his life. Spencer attended Northwest College in Powell, Wyoming. In 2007, he received his Commercial Applicator License through the Nebraska Department of Agriculture. Spencer has been in the retail fertilizer and crop production industry for six years, four years as an Applicator and two years as a Sales Representative. Spencer is very experienced with sugar beets, potatoes, corn, wheat, and edible beans. His passion is to aid his growers and produce maximum results.
Kody Blochowitz, Field Representative - Julesburg, CO
Kody grew up and worked on a 5,000-acre farm near Julesburg, Colorado. After obtaining an Associates degree from ITT in Arizona, Kody came back to Colorado to work on his family farm. In addition to his life-long hands-on experience, he has worked in the Ag Supply business for 3 years. He holds a pesticide applicator license in Nebraska with reciprocity in Colorado. He has also earned certificates in Professional Applicator Training, HAZ-MAT Training and various safety trainings. Kody is passionate about agriculture and takes every opportunity to increase his knowledge through classes and training to help our growers.
Steve Brott, Field Representative - Julesburg, CO
Steve has been in crop consulting, grain merchandising, seed conditioning, agronomy sales, and farm management for nearly twenty-three years. He has focused on agronomy sales for the past twelve years. Steve earned an associate’s degree in Agriculture Sales from Aims Community College in Greeley, Colorado. Steve enjoys and is passionate about helping his growers achieve premium results.
Monte Blomstrom, Operations Manager - Yuma, CO
Monte was born and raised in Yuma, Colorado where his family had a small cattle and quarter horse ranch. Monte continues to operate a small cattle operation south of Yuma with his wife Taryn and son Austin. He managed a landscape company in Yuma for eight years before transitioning into the Ag industry. He has spent the last 2 years in agronomy sales and operations leading a team of 2 applicators and several delivery drivers. He has held a Qualified Supervisors License in Ag, and Turf from the Colorado Department of Ag since 2006. His knowledge of fertility and crop protection products, as well as experience in a row machine and a dry spreader gives him the skills needed to lead the team in Yuma to successfully service our growers.
Jonathan Ferrari, Field Representative - Yuma, CO
Jonathan was born and raised in Yuma, Colorado where his passion for the agricultural industry began watching his father work as an agronomist. Jonathan learned that a career in agriculture was a natural fit for him while working as a hired hand on a local Yuma county farm producing corn, wheat, forages, and cattle. He broadened his knowledge of ag while attending Colorado State University where he received his Bachelor's of Science Degrees in Ag Business and Soil & Crop Science. While attending CSU, Jonathan participated in Centennial Ag Supply's summer internship program as a research and agronomy assistant to Brad Walker. During the internship program Jonathan worked between multiple locations scouting fields and preparing local field research trials. Jonathan is dedicated to apply his knowledge and helping growers optimize their yields through the use of innovative product and technology applications.
